Joe possesses extensive expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and engineering, amassing a remarkable 25-year career dedicated to providing consultancy, training, and innovative product solutions.
He stands as a founding member of a pioneering 3D CAD solutions provider, revolutionizing the Engineering Industry with cutting-edge 3D solutions.
Influential in the integration of 3D CAD across both the Education sector and various industries, Joe’s impact has been pivotal. His specialization lies in Design and Additive Manufacturing,
where he ardently delivers advanced desktop solutions to engineers.
Earning the prestigious title of SolidWorks Elite Applications Engineer in 2010, accompanied by CSWP and CSWE certifications, Joe relentlessly pursues transformative contributions to the realms of innovation and education. Simultaneously, Joe imparts his extensive knowledge as a part-time lecturer at TU Dublin, delivering insightful lectures on Materials & Process, Mechanics, Automation, Design and Additive Manufacturing.
Adding to his illustrious journey, Joe recently achieved graduation from the MIT XPro program in Additive Manufacturing, solidifying his mastery in this evolving field. Joe’s educational foundation includes a B.Eng. 1st Class Honors degree in Engineering from IT Tallaght and Glasgow University, underscoring his commitment to academic excellence. His pursuit of continuous learning led him to complete an MBA at Open University, further enriching his holistic perspective.
